Quite mellow through the mouth, pretty aromas greet you at the door. Some white flower and bath salt perfume stroll alongside expected pear and green apple.
A small portion was barrel fermented adding some body and texture. Poached pear feels manoeuvre with a cinnamon-like spice lingering long to close. Good drinking.
