Lunchtime Rosé. An easy drink offering good refreshment.
It's tart but crisp to finish. Grippy through the mouth - think watermelon husk, dried cranberries, mandarin peel and a dash of spice. A slippery texture sits on the palate but I dare say it wouldn't be noticed with food at your side.
