Sauvignon Blanc for the thinker. Damn some work has gone into this and the result is mightily impressive.
Whole bunch pressed and wild yeast fermented in old French oak, 49% saw partial malolactic fermentation. Spending seven months in oak, it was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
This walks with a business suit on and with a handkerchief tucked neatly in the top pocket. It struts yet carries itself in a composed manner. Think pineapple husk, dehydrated passionfruit, squeezes of lime and a creamy drive to boot. Some minerally feels and a touch of flint add further cause for praise. Go here and quick as the sold-out sign usually gets put out in quick time after release.
Drink now to three years.
