Tim Smith Barossa Valley Shiraz 2017

Rock solid Barossa Shiraz from Tim Smith. A blend of Eden Valley and Barossa vineyards seeing French oak for 20 months. It's delicious and then some.

Fruit sweetness, cedar and baking spices reach out to your soul and grip with two hands. Caramel and milk chocolate feels chime in with generous dark berry fruit. Gliding without obstruction, the fruit lingers long with fine spices in hot pursuit.

Decant to drink now or just throw it in a dark place and be patient.
