I've got sore hands from typing in the name of this wine. Yikes! A blend of Mourvedre, Sangiovese, Sagrantino and Cinsault make up this incredibly long named organic and biodymanic Rosé.
Pale red cordial in appearance, scents of sweet red fruit swing into action. Watermelon, rhubarb, strawberries and red cherries form up and stroll through the mouth in unison. A faint stemmy and green herb character can be seen late along with red apple skin as fine spices do their work on a sustained finish. A dab of sweetness makes this an attractive proposition to kick back on a beastly hot day. For me, the touch of sweetness is just that little too much.
