Reserve Shiraz for $20. Unheard of! But don't be taken aback by the inexpensive price tag for the lofty title. This is a good buy.
Blackberries and black plums feature high. It's starts off coarse but then runs smooth. Dark chocolate, woodsy spices and fine pepper roll on but there's a firm grasp in the mouth. A lick of dried herbs adds to the long finish. Steaks and roasts plus this = job done.
