I haven't seen this Savarro for a couple of years and little has changed - it's still a delicious and refreshing wine. Nicely done team Soumah.
Some partial barrel fermentation and time on lees has built some textural appeal. A variety of Greek origin, there's a wonderful feel about this wine. Opening with white flower and lemon juice aromas, a fine minerally drive sits behind the textural presence. Soak up the ocean and sea spray with this in your glass, and a handful of prawns for the win.
Drink to three years.
