FU Manchu Montepulciano 2021

A butcher's dreamboat, fistfuls of dark fruits flow with ease. Fine spices and a dash of pepper, there is an incredible moreishness that flows.

I had this with slow-cooked pork ribs. Divine! The dark and brooding fruit is enormously delish. It's that kind of wine that screams for meat or ribs.

Inky in the glass, dark chocolate, olives and an earthiness seek your attention. There is a freshness and vitality to its depth which sucks you in. Drying tannins on close, top ups come easy with food-friendly wines such as this.

Drink to five years.
