A traditional medium dry alcoholic cider reflecting the style of apple wine produced in the eastern English counties when labourers were paid in cider back in the 17th century. This is a smart alternative to a crisp white wine.
A refreshing sundowner or a partner for spicy Asian dishes, this is all cut red apples with a thin veil of texture and a cool, crisp finish. Well balanced, there is not a breath of fizz in sight. It's a lovely drink to sip slow and kick back with. Dry to finish, I could get very comfortable here.
