Dry, red plums, dried red currants and the white bit of the watermelon are the main players. A wave of spice pushes through and lingers. As per the back label, it's recommended to have with French toast, even brunch, but I'm putting baby octopus on the hibachi, but a bag of honey soy chips will do just fine.
