Black fruits and licorice bullets sing proudly with bay leaf and dried sage on the backup vocals. A hum of pan juices rattles through with firm tannins on the bass. Give it time though and it will soften and this was proven over a few days of tasting. A beautiful Cabernet that will continue to evolve over the long term if patience is in your DNA. But if not, decant and cut lose now.
