Take a whiff and it is all lemon and lime sorbet. Splice in a glass perhaps? Delicious drinking in the sun, a pinch of grapefruit and licks of green apple add to the pleasure factor. But then it tenses up. Taut, chalky and powdery feels reach long with a minerally undertow finishing with underripe green apple. A super refreshing Riesling now, but gee, it will age gracefully if that's your thing.
