Hesketh Regional Selections Pinot Noir 2021

An Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir edging on lighter-bodied Shiraz territory, this was harvested from two sites and saw French oak for 8 months (15% new).

Expect strawberries, red plums and spiced cherries. Puffs of earth and beefy tannins fill out the mouth. Some warm and spice kick things along. It goes okay.

Drink to five years.
