Oakridge Horst Riesling 2021

From a 1970s planting of Riesling and named in recognition of the Oakridge founder, find some spicy Thai or Malaysian and you're set.

The sweetness comes at you straight up. It's not overly sweet but that residual sugar is noticeable. Some lychee and musk with a poached pear backbone, a flicker of minerality too, but the considered texture is the string that ties it all together. Faintly brushed atop the tongue, it feels a little like tonic. Long to finish, it's quite a refreshing drink.

Drink now.
