A lovely wine with a delicate touch but there is also richness here. It's focused with furrowed eyebrows - the game face is on. The level of complexity is ultra-impressive.
Each time I keep going back, something new rears its head. Honeyed tones and citrus blossom early, the suggestion of lanolin and shelled peas rush late. Softly textured, some age characters are evident. It rolls around the mouth with absolute ease. And that length! A considered and impressive Sauvignon Blanc. More like this please.
