Langmeil The Long Mile Shiraz 2015

I haven't looked at a Langmeil wine for ages, so when a mate bought this at a steak restaurant recently, intrigue got the better of me. The list seemed quite limited but a good drink this is suiting the purpose just fine.

Juicy red fruits push through sitting front and centre here. There's chocolate, expected spice but bright mulberries and plums are what attracted me. Some fruit sweetness clings on for the ride with a subtle peppery finish. All up, a thumbs up.

Drink now to three years.
