Despite the image above, it looks pale pink more than watermelon. A dry Rosé, it's straight up and down without any bells and whistles but damn it's delish. And sometimes you just need wines like this to sooth the soul rather than lean on something complex.
Dried flowers, watermelon rind, red apple form the core along with the expected cherry and raspberry. Good weight, medium bodied at that, there's a hum of spice rolling pleasantly through the mouth. Moreish - yes sir! Chill and share liberally - this may induce dancing of some description.
