A 50/50 blend. Lemon juice, lime leaf, passion fruit, gooseberry and guava are blocked in by green melon and lemongrass. Although filled with character, it's tempered but oozes class. A ribbon of textural pleasure lays low but adds further charm - interestingly fermentation was 100% stainless steel. Freeze dried pineapple makes the crisp and dry finish one to savour. Chill hard and I could drink a couple of glasses easy.
