A beautifully balanced Cabernet which will reward a sleep in a dark place.
Generous Cabernet from Mudgee with all the trimmings you'd expect. Aromas flow neatly to the flavour profile. Smooth through the mouth, there's plenty of herbal highlights to walk beside rich dark fruit. Oak is well handled and the lick of vanilla on a long and moreish finish is a great parting gift.
Drinking well now but fear not to age long.
