Aging gracefully, this is sitting pretty. Layers of deliciousness await.
Dark fruits have softened with savoury characters feathered on the edges. Cloves, wood spices plus kicks of earth. Medium bodied, it's long and generous - quite seductive really. Powdery tannins sweep through adding moreish factor. Classy Hunter Shiraz - no one loses here.
Drinking well now for up to another ten years.
