Sophisticated Chardy. A confident type, chest out shoulders back but composed all at the same time. Classy stuff.
Lemon juice, white flowers and nougat first up. The fruit is packaged up smartly moving with absolute balance on nimble feet. Vanilla cream, almond meal and raw cashews sit beside white fleshed stonefruit. That thread of creaminess runs through the core of the palate. Fine wood spices to close. Damn, pour me another glass! A beautiful drink.
