Barossa Shiraz to embrace with two hands. A fab drop.
You don't go wanting for depth with buckets of blue and dark fruits thrown your way. A consistent cedary oak vibe sits at the core with baking spices and lashings of pepper hanging long and moreish. The acid still shines on the bright side and will calm in time making this a handy medium-term aging prospect. A steak on the coals and a large pour for the win I say.
Drink to eight years.
