A cracking buy for $15, juicy dark plums and cherry fruit, baked raspberries, dried red flowers and soft fine spices all leap forward early. Some aniseed and dark chocolate prefer to ride in the back seat, but I keep coming back to those dried red flowers which give off what's best described as 'mouth perfume'. A rub of black tea like tannins ensure this will partner a variety of pizza, pasta and paella type dishes with ease. Great stuff.
