A multi regional Vermentino blend - I haven't seen one of these before. A wonderful refreshment no less. Give me a large pour by the pool please.
The fruit was sourced from Adelaide Hills, Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale where it was crushed in each region before being sent to Brisbane where it was fermented then bottled.
Scents of sea spray, oyster shell and green apple skin, there's a touch of honey to taste. A dash of lemon juice rolls through with ease with a pinch of dried herb on the flank. Fine spices tickle a long finish. Grab a glass and some seafood with a glimmer of sunshine and you're in business.
