A 2013 Cellar Release and it's a beauty. Just wow. The more I see Matt Burton's wines the more I adore them. There's a meticulous touch which defines his work.
Wrap your lips around this stunning medium bodied Shiraz from Canberra. Age has softened this Shiraz beautifully. The current release 2017 is on point and time has shown where it is headed.
Such an attractive wine, cherry cola, raspberry, black earth and soy hook you in from the outset. Black plums linger long and wash through with ease. There's an absolute precision to its presence. Graceful would sum it up best. Soft tannins brush the tongue as they glide through the mouth. They linger and tease - just glorious.
