Aged Semillon hitting the mark from the Granite Belt's Tobin Wines.
It's a wine with wonderful depth and width. Lanolin, lemon butter, dry grass and hay. There is a little waxy character too. Lemon pith runs a neat course. Concentrated on the mid-palate, there's a touch of soft pineapple acidity.
Having tipped over into the aging phase, this will continue to develop nicely.
