Grapefruit, vanilla, lemon juice. A curious whiff of tonic early arouses the senses too. Stone fruits and dashes of lemon add further appeal. The back palate runs off a little earlier than expected but the mid-palate hangs out to kick back a little more. All up, a tidy drink.
