A whiff of red fruits and berries plus a smidge of some red lollies. The mouth swarmed by dried herbs with faint hints of clove among the savoury delights. Touches of blackberry come to the party just before things close down. There's a lick of fruit sweetness which sticks late too, but with plates of plentiful food and friends engulfed in plentiful conversation, large pours and big smiles aren't far away.
Drink now to five years.
