Beautiful savoury characteristics sit behind the wheel here driving you all the way to a happy place. Red fruit early then earthiness, flashes of dark chocolate and fine spices roll in. For a fleeting moment cherry ripe comes to mind as does a whiff of red apple skin but then I revert back to absorbing the spicy finish. Have with duck, pork, barbecues or after a crappy day at work - a match for all really.
