It's leafy and all things green - melon, gooseberry, cut herbs and grass. There's almost an underripe feel to it. Some texture and creaminess from partial barrel fermentation does its best to pick things up at the end but the race has been run as the finish is watery and underripe green apple acid sticks to my teeth. I'd struggle to finish a glass.
