These Hunter Valley 2017s are well worth getting hold of. Here's a beauty!
Blue fruits, dark plums, red earth, soft cedary oak influences, flashes of licorice - what a start! Smooth through the mouth, fine peppery spice is dusted across the mouth. Tannins are still a little firm but show there's plenty of aging potential within. The finish is relentless and moreish all at the same time. And sip again I will - gorgeous.
