Beautiful weight and salivating density the hallmarks of this wine.
Black currants, roasted peppers and dark chocolate lead the charge. Sift deeper for licorice and tomato leaf. Dried herbs and a suggestion of meatiness deliver a wine exuding persistence and poise all at the same time. Firmish dusty like tannins point to a long future. I tasted this over a couple of days only to see it unfurl beautifully. A couple of more years in bottle will only be of benefit. All up, impressive stuff!
