Sapping and drying Cabernet for around 20 bucks.
Muscular, this is brutish and hard to get through. Licorice, leafy blackberries and cocoa powder. All moisture is drawn from the mouth as I scramble for water. Wet dishes such as a beef casserole would be the go-to alongside this. Perhaps time in a dark place may be needed?
