This Riesling from the Clare Valley sub region of Polish Hill River is off an organic site. It's also vegan friendly.
Scents of bath salts and white flowers. Bickfords lime cordial curls around the mouth before a noose of tense minerality firms and takes hold. It's composed but muted taking a little coaxing to see its true persona.
Drink now but it will age gracefully.
