Start a Conversation The Common Wine Co. NU Pinot Noir 2019

It's always a privilege to look at wines from small independent producers. It's even more special when you read the stories from which they were born. Created to support charities that are drowning, not waving, this is about giving a leg up to those with few resources.

To quote the purpose, "We support the unsupported, we understand the misunderstood, we give a voice to the voiceless. Because we can, because we must, Befrank."

Made by the Yarra Valley's uber cool David Macintosh, this will get the chat flowing freely.

A fruit forward Pinot, it's juicy and personable - just like that friend that won't stop talking revealing layers of personality one onion skin at a time.

Expressive and inviting blue fruit and violet aromas roll out the welcome mat. A touch of spritz on opening but that shuffled on in quick time. Raspberries, blackberry jubes and raspberry rope reach out for an embrace but that blue fruit just keeps ticking away. The acidity is energetic and possesses what borders on a crunch factor.

A super delicious wine and one that's awfully easy to connect with, an extra point for being upfront and personable. Now it's over to you to Start the Conversation...
