Glaetzer Bishop Shiraz 2017

I grabbed this off the list at a great little suburban Italian restaurant. It did the job very well too I might add.

Plums come in spades. It's chocolatey, dense and rich. Some cedar and wood spices with blackberries too. Still firm and tense, dusty tannins kick on long. Good stuff.
