There is nothing unpleasant about this Sparkling Chardonnay except for the fact it lacks interest and personality.
Pie apple is the main feature. A faint creaminess and perhaps some lemon juice and almonds but I'm not exactly racing back for more. It's the type of fizz you see as the house pour at a convention centre or something of that ilk.
