Sourced from four vineyards across the diverse sub-regions of the district, this is a wine driven by luscious pear fruit, a squeeze of lemon juice and a generous serving of quince. Whole bunch pressed, 40% was fermented in oak ensuring fine textural feels, a touch of creaminess and a suggestion of almond meal. Fine spices hold their ground before rushing late delivering a moreish wine calling for friends and sunshine. I'm mad for it.
