Soft Grenache that gets in deep. There's an alluring density about this. It's a wine that is wonderfully savoury from the whole bunches too.
Coming off vines planted in 1886, 35% whole bunches were used before seeing time in seasoned French oak.
The longer it sits in the glass the more it develops a graceful momentum. Terrifically mouth filling, it unfurls slowly drenching the mouth with dark cherries, a slash of raspberry and delicate dried herbs. Fine spices tickle a long and moreish finish. An impressive wine, go here.
