Mt Moriac Pinot Noir 2019

A wine shared with me by a friend who has connections with the winery. Here you have a dense, weighty, Shiraz drinker type Pinot from Geelong.

Plummy fruit, roughed up leave litter, woodsy spices and a thin line of pepper. Mouth-filling with slivers of dark chocolate. It ticks away with a respectable length. Steak night kinda Pinot. It goes OK.

Drink to five years.
