A Rosé that needs some food. There's some booty here that needs to be tamed. A burger will do the trick, even a sausage sizzle in the park.
There's a red cordial appearance about this with a mandarin hue. Cranberries and red currants with some crunch and hints of strawberry too. Picture gnawing on the white bit of the watermelon and you'll get the same sensation through the mid-palate. Made with Shirazi it's spicy to finish but the weight and fruit just seem a little out of sync for mine. Yeah, definitely have with food.
