Riesling from the Canberra district which I'd like to see with some bottle age on it.
For now, it is quite tight and tart and very much so. White flowers and green apples are the main players. Riverstone minerality is threaded throughout with underripe apple having the final say. Perhaps tasting this with food would have changed the profile?
