The Jasmine flowers come out at my place this time of the year only to tell me that Riesling season is in full swing. Here is a very tidy Riesling from a small Barossa producer worth you befriending.
It's fresh, bright and minerally. Bursting with limes, river stones feels move and sway throughout. There are scents of little white flowers too. Lemon zest swoops in on close and just shows that spring is Riesling time.
