Allegiance Wines Artisan Barossa Shiraz 2016

A pretty smart wine ticking all the boxes.

Dark in the glass, this full-bodied Shiraz captures the Barossa well. Aromas of expected dark fruits and berries, wood spice and dark chocolate to the stage.
The fruit is flanked by some smokiness also partnered by delicate spices and flecks of clove. The finish is long and drawn out with firm brick dust tannins.

This will live long but drinking well now.
