Soumah Ai Fiori Rosato 2018

Ai Fiori means 'amongst the flowers' in Italian. I just learnt something so I'm ahead already. A Rosato made from Nebbiolo and Cabernet (50/45) with a splash of Savignin for good measure.

A super refreshing and easy drinking wine. Strawberries and cherries, dried red flowers, whiffs of orange blossom and apricot skin too. Creamy through the mouth, it washes through slowly akin to the rising tide. Delish! Dry, it fills the mouth with texture and flavour leading to a long and moreish finish. Top stuff and definitely picnic and lunchtime worthy.
