The quality of Riesling from this producer just keeps on keeping on. A great recommendation for spicy food.
The 2017 release of this wine had 10 grams of residual sugar per litre and this edition has upped the count to 15.
Lemon sherbet, lime juice and Bickfords lime cordial. Some pith, chalky feels and tight acidity for the win. The sweetness lands early, as to be expected, but flushes out making me scramble for something Thai or Malaysian. Clean and crisp to finish, limes slide through with that whiff of Jasmine flowers calling me back. Bravo.
