I'm popping my Adelaide Hills Barbera cherry here.
Crunchy acidity as expected, tomato leaf and dark cherry fruit step up early. There's a milk chocolate creamy feel through the mouth. It's an easy drink which doesn't toss up any great complexity. Pasta and meatball type dishes would mop this up easily.
Drink now to five years.
