Abuzz with blackberries, currants, dried figs, plums - Christmas cake in a glass really. The mouth is filled with licks of sweetness and rich, complex fruit. Some spice before a dab of bitterness closes things out, but above all, it's quite a soothing fortified. The persistent long finish is an ideal way to close out the night. Cheese anyone?
