Oh, I love this wine. Feed it to me via a drip. The press release says, "New world wine done the old world way." That nails it really.
It's funky and savoury and dripping in interest. Sheets of dried herbs, mulberries and blueberries seep through its veins with fine spices riding a neat course. Whole bunches sit at the core - 64% thank you very much. A lick of creaminess, milk chocolate style, mingles with earthy kicks and those spices. Super smooth and silky feels coax another sip. Beautifully weighted, it dances across the tongue. Great stuff.
