You see, it seems as though I did myself a favour. On opening, this Cabernet was tense and unwavering in its stance. I put it aside, because everyone deserves a second chance, but I forgot about it the next day, and the third. Oops. Day four, hello world. The fruit had developed beautifully - supple and dark berry driven. Tomato paste and black olives move effortlessly with handfuls of dried herbs. Mouth-filling, it rolls around with a sophisticated presence. Smart Cabernet needing a good decant or plenty of sleep. Cork seal. Made exclusively for sale on premise.
